Let’s create fun moments together! ~ supporting students who stay away from schools and students with developmental disorders ~
Free school Tokoro provides support for people to assist them to be independent. It is a space for children and youth who are away from schools and the society, and struggling to find their “place”. Elementary school and middle school children can freely get together to study, play, read, cook, or watch YouTube. You will be able to experience fun together!
We are specifically looking for people who can volunteer on Thursdays.
-Support children’s homework and study. They will bring their own school textbooks and they will study at their own pace. You will watch over them studying (after choosing one subject that you especially like to take care of).
-Play together. Make a paper volleyball, play Shogi, play with toys, or watch YouTube together.
-Support their creative activity.
-Cook (school cooking class).
■Date and Time
Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 11 am to 3 pm
*You can volunteer for a shorter amount of time as well
